I am an Associate Member of The Institute of Professional Will Writers ( by examination). Offering personal, friendly, honest and caring advice on Wills, Discretionary Trusts, Property Protective Trusts (against Care Home Fees),
Life Interest of Residue, Business Property Trusts, Right of Residence, Advanced Decision, Disabled Discretionary Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Lasting Power of Attorney and Prepaid Funeral Plans by visiting you in your own home at a convenient time to you including evenings and weekends.
I also offer a range of Probate Services and Secure Storage of Documents including WillScan. I will offer you advice and guidance in plain English giving you as much time as you need to decide on your wishes. I quote our fees in advance, and stick to them.
By appointment, your Will will then be brought to you for your approval and signature. The process is straight-forward, painless and surprisingly inexpensive.
